Senior Architect

The Senior Architect serves as a fully capable professional in an architectural design team. The Senior Architect plans (including budget resources) schedules organizes coordinates and executes the design work on any/all phases of development on small to medium scale projects (or distinct portions of larger projects) with regular interaction with an Associate or designated senior team member. Technical Excellence:

• Architectural Design
• Manage BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance completeness & accuracy)
• Design coordination (within Architecture & Cross Discipline)
• Design coordination (within Engineering & Cross Discipline)
• Design Delivery (Design Brief compliance coordination completeness & accuracy)
• Guiding and management of team & junior staff Client engagement Team Leadership Value Engineering Mentoring

Qualifications :

• MArch Masters of Architecture
• 15 Years post graduate experience
• Professionally registered as PrArch with SACAP
• Proficiency in Revit software package
