M&E Project Manager (ACMV)

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the project including contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety. Lead the project team to ensure timely implementation and execution of works, driving project completion within the set timeline. Estimate costs, establish budgets, and conduct ongoing project cost monitoring to ensure financial efficiency. Maintain close communication with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success. Conduct regular site safety meetings and implement safe working conditions and environmental control measures. Review method statements, check for drawing discrepancies, and ensure adherence to project specifications and technical clarifications. Supervise and mentor project team members and subcontractors, fostering accountability and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Train and guide Project Engineers, enhancing their skills and professional growth. Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications Efficiently allocate resources to meet project requirements. Manage and document changes to the project scope, ensuring all changes are communicated and approved. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations. Perform any other tasks deemed necessary for project success. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for candidates with ACMV experience. Demonstrated strong leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage resources effectively. Specific experience in ACMV is highly advantageous. Why Join Us?
