About the role We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Element Technology Pte. Ltd. As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design of our innovative technology products, primarily in the Industrial Design domain. This full-time position is based in our Serangoon North-East Region office, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced design and engineering professionals. Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents may apply. What you'll be doing Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design new product ideas Producing detailed product sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions Optimising product designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and user experience Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial design Participating in design reviews and presenting your work to stakeholders Supporting the implementation of design solutions through to production What we're looking for A Diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in industrial or product design, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Proficiency in design software such as Rhino 3D, Keyshot, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Passion for creating user-centric, innovative, and visually appealing designs What we offer At Element Technology Pte.
