This role focuses on tracking overall business performance against key targets and delivering actionable insights to optimize sales strategies. Additionally, the role is responsible for sales planning and enhancing the accuracy of inventory forecasting based on sales run rates, historical trends, and market demand. By combining analytical expertise with strategic planning, this position ensures data-driven decision-making, improved operational efficiency, and alignment with business growth objectives. Role and Responsibilities Business Performance Tracking and Insights: Monitor and track overall business performance against key targets, including revenue, profit margins, conversion rates, and NPS (Net Promoter Score). Analyze sales, traffic performance, and customer behavior trends to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities. Sales Planning and Inventory Forecasting: Improve the accuracy of inventory forecasting by analyzing sales run rates, historical performance, and market demand trends. Support sales planning initiatives to align inventory levels and stock availability with business goals across Samsung.com and key eCommerce platforms. Data-Driven Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into KPIs, including traffic, sales conversion, order value, and inventory performance. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions and performance tracking. Customer and Market Insights: Evaluate NPS feedback, customer behavior patterns, and emerging market trends to identify opportunities for sales performance improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction. Generate insights that support operational efficiency and drive customer-centric strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to align insights and planning with business objectives. Support ongoing initiatives to optimize inventory flow, campaign performance, and the end-to-end customer experience. Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and overall operational performance. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and/or business planning roles. Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, traffic, and NPS. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across multiple teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
