Location, Singapore (Hybrid) Salary, 170,000 + Package Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading supplier of innovative high-tech and healthcare products. This client is looking to build their transformation function to fulfil a number of high-priority transformation initiatives. Such as, go-to-market strategy, NPD, Operating model, Sustainability and AI to name a few. This position presents a great opportunity for a variety of IT and Business projects involving strategic thinking as well as hands-on delivery. Responsibilities As a Global Project Manager, your role involves strategic, operational, and leadership tasks essential for successful project execution across global initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Develop a detailed project plan outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Align with business objectives and strategic priorities. Deliver projects that exceed stakeholder expectations and provide tangible business benefits. Continuously reassess and adjust alignment with strategic objectives to maximise value. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate decision-making within project teams, escalating issues as necessary. Ensure accountability for deliverables and commitments. Identify and align subject matter experts, ensuring their availability and ownership of deliverables. Provide necessary tools and support for team success. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Establish clear communication channels for managing expectations, gathering requirements, and providing updates. Define and track project benefits to ensure alignment with expected business benefits and ROI. Monitor and report on benefits realisation throughout the project life-cycle. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions. Manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget effectively. Maintain high standards of project quality and performance through regular reviews and adherence to deliverables and milestones. Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Implement lessons learned from past projects to enhance practices and outcomes. Skills & Experience Deep understanding of best practices in project management and experience leading projects in complex, global, and multi-functional environments. Cross-cultural working experience in Europe, Asia and in the USA related to digital technology to drive improved user experiences (internal and external). Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, team members, clients, and external partners. Strong working knowledge of project management best practices with hands-on experience in value realisation. Leadership skills to inspire and mobilise stakeholders towards achieving program objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
