In this role, you will be supporting the Digital Business in many verticals such as Financial Services, Public Sectors and Mid Markets. As a member of the APME Talent Acquisition Group team, you will be working closely with hiring managers and develop creative strategies to find the best talent in the local market and extended to regional and global if required. Responsibilities Create and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media channels and amongst internal employees to target referrals. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Liaison with different stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination of interviews in timely basis. Ensure closure of open requirements in defined SLAs. To create and maintain rapport with different stakeholders, such as vendors, internal stakeholders, like delivery teams, BGV teams, etc. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Essential Requirements At least 4-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years technical recruiting experience Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating active, passive and aspiring candidates Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools Experience influencing and driving towards results through data Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or external staffing agency) Ability to drive engagement with multiple stakeholders Proficient in various selection processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
