Flexible and open discussion environment Responsibilities Provide support to Sales Account Manager and respond to customer and prospect queries; Develop new markets for existing and new products; Maintain accurate and current records of contracts, customer agreements, quotations, proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions; Maintain customer relationships to cultivate customer loyalty and allegiance; Manage tendering websites for Singapore, including but not limited to GeBiz, SESAMI, hospital tendering websites, etc; Maintain accurate and current records of company profile, financial documents, product documents for tendering process; Participate in training and development programmes as part of personal development and continuous learning process; Cover vacant field territories at manager's request; Follow up with customers on marketing promotions & campaigns and on open quotations to close sales leads. Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Biotechnology or related discipline; 3-5 years of experience in laboratory sales, sales support or customer service in the science industry; Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively; Efficient time management skills to stay focused on primary business objectives and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Ability to work well independently as well as in a team; Job title will be commensurate with the candidate's experience; All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
