Healthcare Industry Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible Working Location: Novena Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday) Job Summary: The Executive will support the organisation’s strategic growth and development in the area of Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development. The primary responsibilities and duties include supporting the Director on strategic planning, assisting in work plan formulation, and facilitating the translation of technical requirements into visualisation for data analysis to enable performance measurement. The individual will collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Synapxe to align processes and resource planning to the Division’s overall VBC strategy. They will work closely with healthcare professionals, data analysts, Finance department, and IT teams to conduct analysis using healthcare data and build and maintain data mart to drive value-based care initiatives across the cluster. Job Duties: Conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate requirements into measurements and insightful dashboards. Partner with key stakeholders to translate priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans. Perform periodic reviews of key performance indicators and take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders. Present routine reports and updates to stakeholders. Support and facilitate the formulation of strategic work plans for Clinical transformation. Manage projects and align Clinical transformation’s work plans with those of MOH. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision-making. Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics, and/or proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau. Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging multiple stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to multi-task, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Good team player.
