Project Manager / Assistant Manager

The incumbent will be involved in the development, management, and implementation of the company’s consultancy services and training projects. Responsibilities: Promote and market the company's services and products to potential partners/clients, including hosting visits by overseas delegates. Understand overseas market trends and demands for skills development. Identify potential partners/clients and develop consultancy projects meeting clients' needs and requirements. Develop business proposals, including pricing, and engage in negotiation to secure business contracts. Implement projects and organise training programmes from start to end. Liaise with the parent organisation to secure resources for implementation. Network with government agencies, foundations, NGOs, and development banks to explore business opportunities. Support management in formulating business strategies to enlarge the client base and increase the company's bottom line. Travel overseas to developing countries for business development and implementation of consultancy projects. Prepare quarterly/monthly business and post-training reports. Any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: University Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, especially in project management and/or consultancy work. Good written, presentation, and oral communication skills. Willingness and availability to travel at short notice. Excellent planning and organising skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet timelines. Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong business acumen. Strategic and analytical thinking capability. Well versed in MS Office applications and internet research skills.
