Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production Position Title: Logistics & Operations Officer/ Logistics Executive Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle) Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 6 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am – 12 pm) Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Work closely with supplier and customer for order shipment Prepare documentation – issue DO, Service Reports, import/ export shipping documents, etc Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas Tracking of shipments Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor APPLY NOW!!!
