Our Client is a key provider of energy solutions and multi-utilities. Duration: 1 year Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport will be provided at Jurong East or Choa Chu Kang) Working hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) Job Responsibilities Disseminate and enforce company policies and procurement procedures to user departments. Assist Head of Section with procurement activities for new projects. Manage and oversee purchase orders and contracts for all plants. Ensure all purchases and contracts follow company procurement policies. Collaborate with other departments on tender and contract activities. Ensure proper contract execution and compliance with SOX requirements. Follow up on contractual requirements and provisions with vendors. Monitor overdue reports for contracts, purchase orders, insurances, and security deposits, sending reminders to departments. Manage vendor master data in SAP MM and SAP B1 (vendor creation and qualification). Conduct vendor performance reviews annually and after contract completion. Oversee tender sales. Job Requirements Diploma holder. 2-3 years of experience in procurement, contract tendering, and administration. Willing to work in Jurong Island. Company transport provided at Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East MRT station.
