What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, process optimisation, and quality control Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve performance Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, leading and mentoring a team of skilled professionals Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards Representing the company and engaging with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within a similar industry Proven track record of successfully leading and optimising complex operations, with a strong focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive operational excellence Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
