Senior Project Manager (Up to $12000 / Bukit Batok)

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (ID8358) Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore Working hour: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm Salary: $7000 - $12000 Job Description: Support in handling client stakeholders, build higher-level relationships and deepen client accounts to assist in ongoing business development. Oversees and manage multiple project managers and the whole project department by aligning projects with long-term goals and objectives. Mentors project managers and project team, responsible for leadership development within the team. Track and manage overall operational performance and KPIs. Accountable for the project technical design oversight and method statements and support the BD team for project tendering, oversee project operations internal SOP documentation and standardisation. Oversee, coordinate and optimise project resources, overall project costing and manpower deployment to ensure smooth operations in every project. Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions. Accountable to ensure the land and sea equipment are properly taken care of during project operations and returned well to the Logistics and Marine Department upon completion of projects. Coordinate regular inspections (safety meeting, site walk etc.) and audits for all projects to ensure project compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Approve project claims and leave applications submitted by Project Managers in the ERP system. Coordinate with the HR department on overall project recruitment and training requirements. Prepare and coordinate weekly schedule meetings with project team and management. Reports directly to Senior Management, provides higher-level reporting and strategic recommendations toward overall project operations. Participate in other organisational initiatives (ESG etc.). Requirement: At least 15 years and above experience in construction management, civil engineering or project related role. Possess Certificate of Project Manager Safety Course and Project Management Course is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc. Knowledge in SketchUp will be an advantage. Strong capability in client management and team/people management. High EQ to manage and work effectively with workers and divers from different nationalities and backgrounds. Strong organisational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards in marine construction. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel and work on-site, sometimes in remote or offshore locations. Physical fitness and the ability to work in various project environments.
