Senior / Building Engineer

Responsibilities: Design, plan, and oversee the installation of precast facade systems. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop and implement project specifications. Ensure all precast elements (planks, columns, slabs) are manufactured and installed according to design specifications. Conduct structural analysis to ensure the integrity and safety of the building elements. Manage and supervise the installation of structural steel components. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of precast materials. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of years of 3 experience in building engineering, with a focus on precast facades and structural steel. Strong knowledge of precast concrete and structural steel design, manufacturing, and installation processes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
