The Human Resources Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle within the Metro & Rail Passenger Transport industry. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  5. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff.
  6. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  7. Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
  8. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  9. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  10. Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
