The Senior Human Resources (HR) Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing various HR functions to ensure the effective operation of our organization's human capital. Job Description: Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and implement development plans to enhance employee performance. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and facilitate continuous learning opportunities. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of HR experience, with a focus on senior or managerial roles. Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
