1. Design and Conceptualization: Lead the creation of innovative, functional, and aesthetically superior design concepts. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to refine and implement design ideas. 2. Strategic Real Estate Development: Develop and execute strategic plans for property acquisition, development, and management. Assess market trends and identify profitable development opportunities. 3. Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate projects, from concept to delivery. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, investors, and government authorities. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all parties involved in the projects. 5. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight: Ensure all developments comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes. Address environmental and sustainability requirements in project planning and execution. 6. Team Development and Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of professionals across disciplines, promoting a high-performance culture. Foster collaboration and innovation within the team to achieve project objectives. Skills 1.
