Job details
- Be accountable for supporting the Recruitment Manager, Account Manager, and Business Developer.
- Screen candidate's resumes/applications for availability, interest level, salary range, basic qualifications, and conduct technical screenings as requested by the Account Manager.
- Be equipped with sufficient number of resumes in all categories to extend immediate assistance to the Business Development team for tender submissions.
- Act as sector lead.
- Develop client cards, sector pitch, induction, and training materials per sector.
- Respect the recruitment process and the use of MOBY.
- Tender: verification of the pricing.
- Responsible for negotiating the best buying rate and supporting sourcing specialists and recruiters during negotiations.
- Locate consultants.
- Interview and hire talents.
- Degree or Masters, Diploma in Human Resource Management is a plus.
- Minimum three years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Ability to understand the requirements correctly, proactive with good time management skills.
- Should be computer savvy with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
