WEALTH MANAGER (Fresh Grad/Mid Career) #Urgent
Job details
Job description Company Description HSBC Life invites you to join us and build your career with one of the largest and well-known financial institutions in the world. In creating our structure, we aimed to plug the gaps in the current field of financial advising. For we vowed to change the game for the better. We did this by introducing: Flexible and hybrid working arrangements: As the job dictates that you are your own boss, we don't believe in micromanaging our advisors and allow them to work as and when they need to. Support: We offer an array of support for our advisors to thrive. For, when you do well, we all do well. We offer 1-1 mentorship from some of the top dogs in the game, as well as regular career talks and seminars held by HSBC on how to grow in your career. We also facilitate focus groups so that all advisers can learn from one another. High Commission: As a result of HSBC being a large financial institution that owns its own financial products, we are able to offer more attractive commission that allows advisors to earn up to 40% on each product sold. Basic Allowance: While most advisor roles are purely commission-based, we understand that this might not be for everyone. Hence, we have introduced a basic allowance scheme that allows our advisors to be financially supported while being challenged to hit their goals. Leads: We offer several different avenues for you to pursue leads. As our intention is to change the game, we don't believe in 'everyone fending for themselves'. We believe in collaboration and supporting each other. Travel: We have a number of attractive bonuses which include exclusive travel to some of the world's most incredible places. We have all the tools you need to succeed and live a lifestyle that you desire. We invite you to join us and build our team here in the ASEAN Region, because we believe, with the proper motivation and support - the sky's the limit.
