IT Infrastructure Lead

Job Responsibilities: Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory Services, Data Centres, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, backups, etc.), network devices (e.g., firewalls, routers, VPNs, internet proxies, wireless devices), as well as desktop, mobile, and other remote devices. Ensure automatic system backups, execute recovery plans and disaster recovery procedures, apply patches, and closely monitor system resource usage. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Create and update technical documentation, including administration and user guides. Provide technical support to users across both local and overseas branches, managing LAN and WAN environments while maintaining security. Research and source products, solutions, and vendors/suppliers for required projects. Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in project execution. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR/AND Certification in CCNA. At least one year of relevant experience. Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization, implementation, and support. Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and newer versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services. Familiar with internet architecture concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall configurations. Experience with devices such as Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controllers. Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity, with familiarity with PDPA highly preferred. Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is a plus. Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage.
