Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, specifically in the field of Cyber Security. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security roles and the ability to identify and attract highly skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles for cyber security roles.
  2. Create and publish job ads on various platforms, including niche cyber security job boards.
  3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
  4. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
  5. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  6. Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to schedule interviews.
  7. Update interview feedback on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  8. Handle weekly vendor calls and share feedback with agencies regarding their candidates.
  9. Manage employee referrals and ensure timely processing.
  10. Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Talent Acquisition (TA) reports.
  11. Collect feedback from interviewers and guide the decision-making process.
  12. Handle job offer discussions with selected candidates.
  13. Maintain a candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
  14. Stay up to date with new technologies and incorporate that knowledge into talent searches.
  15. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
  16. Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
  17. Contribute to the overall improvement of the recruitment process and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in Cyber Security hiring.
  3. Strong understanding of cyber security roles and skills.
  4. Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
  5. Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
  6. Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting).
  7. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
