HR Services is the heartbeat of Oracle HR. We manage the lifecycle of employee services and experiences from Hire to Retire, providing employees the resources and support they need during important moments in their careers. This role will be a key member of the HR Services leadership team, developing and implementing world-class, transformative HR services, processes, and systems. You will work with a high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic team of professionals passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, innovation, and employee culture. This is a high-visibility role with high-level executive exposure across Oracle. What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and oversee HR projects (global/region), including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, exit, system automation, training etc. Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate and drive with HR teams, senior management, and project sponsors to ensure project success. Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutions. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations. Manage project resources and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Track and report project performance to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. What You’ll Bring At least 10 years’ experience in project management; HR Operations is a plus. Strong track record of project management of complex and/or multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, e.g., agile, project team management, change management, etc. Project Management Certification is a plus. Has led multiple projects at once, on business processes by simplifying, standardizing, centralizing, and automating complex processes and manual tasks. Has experience in leading remote multicultural teams (cross countries or cross regions) and liaising with various other teams (business, technical, design, etc.) to achieve objectives. Gets excited about systems, processes, and constantly seeks improvement opportunities. Is comfortable in working with multiple applications simultaneously. Is used to working in a fast-moving environment, quickly adapting to change and new strategy (changes in prioritization, deadlines, approach, etc.). Has high attention to detail and the patience to pursue things most of us miss. Has excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries, and cultures. Knows how to represent a problem to others and how to work with them effectively to find solutions. Is a team player: volunteers for new experiences, learning opportunities, and helps others. Has a strong analytical capacity - developed multiple analyses using complex data. Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
