Founded in 1987, we have more than 35 years of experience. Job Description
- Preparing Detailed Shop Drawings, Cutlists & As-builts.
- Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.
- Preparing shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator.
- Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, HVAC drawings, and other trades.
- Managing ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Managing and filing drawings.
- Preparing detailed cut-list drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and following up with production and site installation.
- Coordinating & preparing interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions, dealing with inquiries, and preparing BOQs.
