Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of a world-class entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Senior Specialist - Administration and Facility Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the company's facilities and providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and operationally effective environment while promoting strategic initiatives that enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and improvements for building systems and equipment.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including maintenance and capital projects.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with service providers and contractors.
  • Space Planning: Optimize space utilization and layout to enhance functionality and productivity.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices within facility operations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that facilities comply with health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor facility management staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct safety drills.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance issues, and budget expenditures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in administration and facility management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across various departments.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
