We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Director to join our team and lead our global talent strategy. This position will be mostly remote with availability to travel 40%, according to the requirements for the business strategy. You will be responsible for driving Bardasz's growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and managing key partnerships. Your role involves a combination of strategic planning, market analysis, sales leadership, and team management to ensure the long-term success of the company.

Main functions and responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the field.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, investors, corporate clients, brokers, and other partners.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Track leads and results to monitor performance, leveraging CRM to ensure strategic goals are met.

Must have:

  • Understanding of the regional market.
  • Strong network & relationship building.
  • Market research & analysis.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the oil & gas sector.
  • Proven success in expanding business operations and securing contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of the MEA region landscape.
  • Strong network and connections in the field.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
