Experience: 3 - 5 Years Location: Saudi Arabia, City: Riyadh Job Description:

  • Shipment tracking inside or outside of KSA.
  • Keep track of all purchase orders relevant to the store.
  • Maintain report for product receipts on a daily basis.
  • Track sales returns and update on the sales website.
  • Maintain report of sales and sales returns on a daily basis.
  • Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damage.
  • Reporting damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement.
  • Keep update available inventory on hand with quantity and stock value.
  • Regularly conduct physical inventory count.
  • Generating a goods received note (GRN), Material Returned Note (MRN), and Material Delivery Note (MDR) in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the system update part to be done before the movement of products from vendor to store.
  • Keep records of all the inventory and store related documents.
  • Perform inventory count in stores as per requirements aligned with accounts and finance team.
  • Assist in investigating inventory shortages & discrepancies.
  • Close coordination with the accounts and finance team to keep updates.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
