Your Tasks

  1. Provide daily support to the EPC-1 Project manager in all aspects of the systems handover and completion, with a strong interface within the EPC-1 Project Management leadership team and with the EPC-1 Contractor leadership team.
  2. Strong and soft communication skills, organized, methodical and flexible with the assignment of tasks and priorities.
  3. Understand inter-disciplines dependencies to be able to make judgments on final project management and technical decisions. Apply risk management techniques to facilitate decision-making processes. Communicate key project management, technical issues and risks to the EPC-1 Project manager to facilitate decision making.
  4. Capable to initiate, prepare, review, or finalize Project documents and correspondence such as: letters, technical notes, decision records, interface queries and interface agreements, schedule and critical paths analysis, progress reporting, budget, minutes of meeting, PowerPoint presentations.
  5. The position is and will remain based at Industrial City from assignment to the Project until its end, to enlarge scope, learning and responsibilities with coordination and involvement in SHES, QA-QC, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover, and completion activities.
  6. Coordinate inputs to the EPC-1 Project weekly and monthly meetings, minutes of meeting and actions list, including the monthly meeting with start-up managers.
  7. Participate in the Project Monthly and Weekly meetings with EPC-1 Contractor - in charge of providing inputs, review of EPC-1 Project Management Team’s comments to the minutes of meeting and actions list; back to the EPC-1 Project manager for final review.
  8. Provide assistance and input to the EPC-1 Project manager and Business Division manager for the preparation of the meetings with the COMPANY, Onshore Senior Project manager, and the EPC-1 Project manager.
  9. Provide assistance and coordination as required to the EPC-1 Area Division managers and division managers as case may be.
Your Profile
  1. Bachelor and/or master’s degree in engineering or generalist engineering.
  2. Proven experience with systems handover and completion for large and complex projects, including use of Systems Completion Database and associated software.
  3. 10 years of experience in multicultural project execution related environment within the oil and gas industry (LNG would be a plus) with proven knowledge and experience of project management, detailed engineering, interfaces management, project controls and planning, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning and systems handover and completion.
  4. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  5. Strong technical and analytical skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Good planning and organizational skills.
  8. Good influencing and negotiation skills.
  9. Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office and technical applications.
  10. “Think out of the box” approach.
  11. Proactivity and flexibility.
  12. Fully conversant with computers and associated software including Power Bi and Systems Completion Database (Smart Completion or equivalent).
