Call Center Representative Vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative for our Jeddah, Saudi Arabia based office. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee woman who has excellent English communication skills and is available to work without accommodation. Responsibilities:
  1. Providing customer service to clients over the phone.
  2. Addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
  3. Accurately documenting interactions with customers.
  4. Providing feedback on customer satisfaction levels.
  5. Identifying areas for improvement.
