Job Description

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of cosmetics products.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to optimize space utilization, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
Manage import/export processes for cosmetics products, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and advise management on potential impacts on business operations.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and transportation of goods.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and targets.
Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel on best practices for inventory management, handling procedures, and safety protocols.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure high standards of performance and accountability.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in warehouse operations and import/export processes.
Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
