Job Qualification:
- With at least 2 to 4 years working experience in the furniture sales industry only
- Knowledge of Autocad / Photoshop desirable
- Good customer service skills
- Presentable and good communication skills; Arabic will be an advantage
- Persuasive and interpersonal skills
- Attend customers visiting the showroom, initiate the sales process with them, pay attention to their needs, and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product
- Maintain close contact with prospective customers and make sales calls to convert them into buyers. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects
- Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of the prospects list. Keep abreast of competition in this segment of furniture
- Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of the sales transaction
- Ensure details of all item transactions are accurately completed & recorded and registered with sales administration, including payment
- Provide the highest degree of customer service and satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company’s sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat sales
- Regularly record and manage the SAP procedures for quotation, sales, etc.
- Adhere to company policy, guidelines, and code of ethics
- Working in furniture sales: 2 years (Required)
