Job Summary: At Six Flags Qiddiya, the position of Lifeguard - Specialized is responsible for the overall safety and satisfaction of all guests at Aquarabia Water Theme Park. The Lifeguard - Specialized must possess and demonstrate technical skills as well as soft skills and character traits that will allow them to be successful in the role. Above all, the Lifeguard - Specialized is passionate about waterpark operations, guest satisfaction, and the prevention of loss of life due to drowning. Job Duties:

1. Comply with the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics.
2. Promote the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya vision, mission, values, and model desired behaviors.
3. Promote Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya and spread its culture.
4. Commit to Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya’s rules and regulations.
5. Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of responsibilities.

Job Specific:

1. Responsible for the overall safety of all Guests and Colleagues within Aquarabia Water Theme Park, with a commitment to the prevention of loss of life due to drowning.
2. Assist in the daily operation of all Aquatic Attractions and Adventure Experiences within Aquarabia Water Theme Park.
3. Responsible for Guest safety checks for attractions and Guest experience, including:
1. Aquatics Risk Management
2. Qiddiya Core Values and Mission Statement
3. Local and International Standards and Requirements
4. Guest Satisfaction Key Performance Indicators and Guest Feedback and Experiences
4. Respond to and assist in any Medical Emergency within the scope of Certification & Training (First aid provider).
5. Responsible for ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
6. Work with other Operational Departments within Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya Six Flags.
7. Meet all requirements of a Special Facility ILTP Lifeguard License and relevant adventure experience certifications.
8. Work long periods of time, exceeding the set shift timings.
9. Be on your feet for prolonged periods of time, in different environments, elevations, and manners in relation to the Guest Experience.
10. Access ride platforms multiple times during a day.
11. Work in different environmental conditions (Rain, Cold, Heat, Sand, Wind, etc.).
12. Responsible for the cleanliness of all Guest and Colleague areas, including non-Aquatic aspects of the operation.
13. Work scheduled shifts on Holidays, Weekends, and Non-Operational Hours as required by Management.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures as required.
15. Ensure that the Aquarabia Water Theme Park is fun for Guests and Colleagues.
16. Additional responsibilities may be expected to be adhered to, all in line with Guest and Colleague safety and satisfaction as well as the Aquarabia Water Theme Park overall Operational success.

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience: Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, amusement, and/or guest service industry in the Middle East and/or International Work. Previous or current experience with Whitewater Rafting, Canyoneering, Deep Water, Rock Climbing, and/or Surfing. Skills: Professional understanding and communication of English (Written and Spoken). General understanding and communication of Arabic is desired. Basic computer skills. Core Competencies:
