1. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
2. Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
3. Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
4. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
5. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
2. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Additional Information

1. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
2. Fluency in English
3. Customer-related experience is an asset
4. Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
5. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
