Job Responsibilities:

  1. Create detailed designs and blueprints for construction projects to ensure that all technical specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards are thoroughly addressed in the project framework.
  2. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate environmental, logistical, and economic factors, ensuring the site is appropriate and conducive to the proposed project.
  3. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop project plans, integrating diverse perspectives to optimize designs and identify potential challenges early.
Construction Coordination:
  1. Coordinate construction activities to ensure alignment with project designs and safety requirements, facilitating seamless execution without direct supervision.
  2. Address on-site technical challenges as they arise, collaborating with contractors and teams to find practical and timely solutions.
  3. Ensure proper construction materials and methods are specified and utilized, prioritizing quality, durability, and adherence to project specifications.
  4. Schedule and facilitate regular inspections and quality checks to confirm that work meets project standards and timelines without directly overseeing teams.
Structural Analysis and Testing:
  1. Perform calculations to determine load-bearing capacities and material requirements to guarantee that structures meet safety, stability, and functional standards.
  2. Assess potential risks, including environmental and safety hazards, enabling proactive planning and minimizing disruptions during project execution.
  3. Verify compliance with building codes and regulations, ensuring the project adheres to all legal and safety guidelines to avoid delays or penalties.
Documentation and Reporting:
  1. Maintain comprehensive project records, including detailed drawings and periodic progress updates, to provide transparency and facilitate accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Prepare reports and presentations for top management and stakeholders, offering clear insights into project status, challenges, and results for effective decision-making.
  3. Document and manage any design or construction changes, ensuring updates are communicated and implemented consistently across all teams.
  4. Finalize accurate as-built records for completed projects, providing essential documentation for maintenance, future development, or audits.
Qualification and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a relevant field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a relevant field.
