As a part of the legal team, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of corporate projects as well as day-to-day tasks that support the business. The candidate is expected to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage on an autonomous basis assigned legal tasks. Considering the rapid development, the individual sought is not a specialist in one specific legal domain, but capable of training himself/herself to handle every legal task required for the good functioning of the legal department. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in challenging situations outside of their comfort zone and excels in environments that demand adaptability and creative problem-solving.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contract review, development, and management in all areas of the activities.
Support of various departments and entities within the whole group from a legal perspective.
Coordination with Compliance Officer on regulatory development.
Assist in the corporate housekeeping activities, when required, and ensure the company records.
Assist in the changes and development of existing and new legal structures (including in new jurisdictions) as and when required.
Assist in handling conflict resolution/litigation process as and when required: on both the operational side (arbitration regarding claims) and the corporate side.
Provide legal support in strategic projects to include legal requirements, ensuring appropriate and timely identification, assessment, and implementation of such requirements, as and when required.
