Job details

Overview Element has an opportunity for a Saudi National Civil Material Technician for testing, sample preparation, and delivery/collection of samples and preparation of test reports. Candidates should ideally have gained considerable experience in construction material testing either with a commercial test house or contractor. This position will be based in Dammam Second Industrial area, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Perform soil, concrete, and aggregate testing
  • Conduct density tests
  • Sampling of concrete for compression and flexural tests
  • Conduct slump testing
  • Have an idea/conduct asphalt testing (preferable)
  • Prepare and compile reports

Skills / Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree in Civils with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in teams and under pressure
