Description
A Joinery & Fitout Estimator is responsible for managing bids from vendors and contractors. Their duties include communicating with personnel and contractual professionals or vendors, using computer software to weigh production risks or compile reports, and making presentations to project leaders outlining their suggestions and estimations for upcoming projects.Job Specification

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Joinery & Fitout Estimator/Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the fit-out industry, strong knowledge of fit-out methods, and at least 5 years of experience. The position requires attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, proficiency in calculations, strategic planning skills, expertise in computer tools and mediums, and time-management skills.
