Arcot Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will lead project teams, oversee resource allocation, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive individual who can adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on project goals and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, resources, and timeframes
Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability
Lead project teams and conduct regular meetings to monitor progress and address challenges
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Provide comprehensive project documentation and reports to stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a relevant industry
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable
