Recreation Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests, explain and upsell the facilities, activities, and services.
2. Coordinate reception area duties and guest requests.
3. Assist guests with service information and product knowledge.
4. Provide information for guests regarding programs, treatment schedules, and assistance.
5. Coordinate guest payments and communications of services and operations.
6. Maintain full knowledge of all facilities, services, and costs.
7. Coordinate administration with management.
8. Answer all telephone communications within 3 rings, observing standards, etiquette, and patience at all times.
9. Direct guests to desired locations for treatment or activity and connect them with the appropriate staff.
10. Schedule reservations of services for guests and coordinate staff schedules to ensure prompt service.
11. Report all problems and/or complaints to the superior.
12. Liaise with all related departments to confirm reservations, maintenance requests, maintain cleanliness, and ensure efficient operations with the highest standards.
13. Communicate via logbook/computer and staff meetings all necessary information to maximize the success of operations and service delivery.
14. Stay informed of all current activities and promotions within the department.
15. Complete daily operation checklists per area, including opening and closing procedures.
16. Assist with membership inquiries and administration, as required.
17. Confirm guest information and registration prior to issuing resort property (e.g., towels).
18. Perform any other duties as directed by management.
19. Ensure all recreation areas’ health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implement any legislation required by UAE law.
