Outlet Manager

You are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that sales goals are met, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role involves leading a team of a minimum of 10 staff and ensuring the branch’s sales performance while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the branch. Achieve sales targets and monitor sales to ensure profitability of the branch. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize the store's performance. Monitor sales figures and costs to ensure profitability. Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback/coaching. Promote a learning culture within the branch to ensure staff are up to date with the latest product offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Handle VIP clients and foster long-term relationships. Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management. Qualifications : Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in business, retail management, or related field. Possess at least 10 years of working experience with at least 4 years of supervisory experience; candidates with lesser experience can be considered for a junior position.
