Job Description: Responsibilities: Reports to Senior Finance Manager. Manage all monthly/quarterly/ad hoc financial reporting. Handle staff claims, including data entry, follow up & settle disputed claims, prepare payment on a timely manner, accruals for closing purposes, as well as ensure all claims are in line with Company claim policy. Handle fixed assets management. Handle GST submission. Liaise with appointed corporate secretary for all corporate secretary matters. Ensure tasks given to the team are completed on a timely manner. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accountancy. At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
