Job Responsibilities: Call users to return and collect vehicles and answer queries from vehicle users. Monitor the schedule of maintenance and inspection. Send daily reminders to the vehicle users for maintenance scheduling. Prepare daily job scope and send to the operation team for review. Create job task sheet for the operation team. Work with the operation team and update the users on the maintenance status. Follow up with buyers for spare availability status or other services status. Send daily maintenance status report. Be proactive and plan the maintenance schedule. Establish effective communication with the operation team and vehicle users. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field. Good verbal and written communication skills. A team player and willing to learn. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the Automotive or Aviation industry will be an added advantage. Singaporeans only. #J-18808-Ljbffr
