The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in corporate finance, financial analysis, and investment management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the financial health of the company. Requirements

Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance and an in-depth understanding of cash flow management.
Preference for work experience in Property Development, Construction, or Banks in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial performance.
Lead funding initiatives, including equity and debt financing, to support business operations and expansion plans.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations to the executive team and board of directors, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and secure necessary funding.
