Support Manager - Ajman, UAE We are seeking an experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role and be familiar with customer service and customer support principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing technical assistance to our customers.
Resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
Working closely with other departments to ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently and promptly.

The ideal candidate must possess:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
A high level of patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
Knowledge of Indian culture is an advantage.
