As a Kitchen Steward/Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.Responsibilities
- Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operations, and costs.
- Supervise the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
- Assist the Pastry Chef in the supervision of all colleagues engaged in the Bakery kitchen.
- Hold a daily and monthly meeting with the Bakery kitchen colleagues.
- Identify and address data quality issues and anomalies, working closely with data stewards, business users, and IT teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.
- Maintain record of stewards and duty roster.
- Assign utility stewards to their stations, and assign any special cleaning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (if applicable for specific roles).
