Merchandiser We are seeking a skilled Dealer to create sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf monitoring services. You will ensure the right product is in the right location, at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right price.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and develop merchandising approaches that balance consumer expectations and the company's objectives.
- Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to prepare for product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Collaborate with customers, distributors, representatives, and analysts to discuss pricing, quantities, and time-scales.
- Maximize consumer interest and sales levels by presenting products appropriately.
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
- Forecast revenues/sales and plan budgets.
- Monitor inventory movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear-outs, etc.
- Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with network partners to develop pipelines and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in retailing.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
