Merchandiser We are seeking a skilled Dealer to create sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf monitoring services. You will ensure the right product is in the right location, at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right price.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy and develop merchandising approaches that balance consumer expectations and the company's objectives.
2. Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to prepare for product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
3. Collaborate with customers, distributors, representatives, and analysts to discuss pricing, quantities, and time-scales.
4. Maximize consumer interest and sales levels by presenting products appropriately.
5. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
6. Forecast revenues/sales and plan budgets.
7. Monitor inventory movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear-outs, etc.
8. Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with network partners to develop pipelines and close deals.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements

1. Two to three years of experience in retailing.
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire.
3. Must have a valid UAE driving license.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
