Job details

Professional and highly organized assistant to help manage business emails, papers, calls, and further tasks provided. He/She should maintain strong written and verbal communication skills throughout calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. Candidate is polished in appearance and a good ambassador for the company as he/she would be sitting at the reception. Applicants should also remain calm under pressure while managing conflicting priorities or tight deadlines but continue to work at a fast pace and maintain a strong attention to detail. Also looking for an individual with an accounting or bookkeeping background in order to manage day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping tasks.

Tasks

  1. Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  2. Experience and knowledge in logistics and shipping
  3. Plan and schedule appointments and events
  4. Day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping
  5. Ability to handle different tasks
  6. Municipality Experience
  7. Handle logistics and document preparations
  8. Preferred Arabic Speakers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Language:
