Are you a creative multilingual leader with a passion for entertainment and music? We're looking for a Copywriting Lead to manage a dynamic team and craft compelling narratives that shape the voice of a top streaming and music platform. In this role, you will oversee the creation of all written content across digital, social, email, in-app, print, and outdoor campaigns. You'll ensure the messaging is on-brand, culturally relevant, and aligned with the overall creative strategy. Working closely with marketing, design, and product teams, you'll lead the development of engaging content that connects with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters to deliver high-quality content across all platforms.
- Develop and execute a copy strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in messaging.
- Review and approve all copy to maintain quality and accuracy in both English and Arabic.
- Optimize workflows to ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and adjust strategies to keep content fresh and engaging.
- 7-10 years of copywriting experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong fluency in both English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading creative teams in entertainment, music, or streaming.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
