Job details
Experienced hotel front office associates are urgently required for a hotel near Dubai International City. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Dubai 3-4 star hotel is a must, with immediate availability. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
- Check-in and check-out guests, settle bills, and scan passports.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Proven work experience for at least two years in UAE (Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role would be a plus).
- Proficiency in known hotel Protel PMS/access card systems/Vicas.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills (Arabic skills would be a plus).
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Minimum educational qualification should be a Graduate Degree.
