To assist our team in organizing, planning, and carrying out numerous events and media-related initiatives, we are looking for a highly driven and active Project Assistant intern/trainee. This position provides the chance to gain useful practical experience, learn about the fast-paced world of media and event management, and contribute to it. Responsibilities: Event Support: · Participate in the organization and planning of numerous events, such as conferences, product launches, and marketing campaigns. · During events, offer help on-site to make sure that logistics go without a hitch. · Assist with visitor management, registration, and technical support. Media Integration: · Work together with the media team to support the media strategies used to promote events. · Help with the planning and creation of advertising materials, email campaigns, and social media posts. · Follow user activity on social media and offer suggestions for improvement. Administrative Tasks: · Maintain project schedules, spending plans, and task lists. · Aid in communications with suppliers and vendors. · Create project-related papers, reports, and other resources. Research and Analysis: · Perform research on event locations, vendors, and media management trends. · Aid in the gathering and analysis of data pertaining to event metrics and performance. Communication and Coordination: · Keep in touch with team members and outside stakeholders effectively. · Attend team meetings and report on the status of the project. Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in content writing.
Well knowledgeable in understanding social media platforms and promotional tools.
Strong interest in media and event management with a desire to learn and gain practical experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist with PR job.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Enthusiastic and proactive with a strong team spirit.
