What you'll do:

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing strong business relationships with key partners across the fashion, retail, and lifestyle sectors. This role requires a high level of business acumen, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the eCommerce and fashion industry within the GCC market. You will work closely with internal teams including marketing, merchandising, finance, tech and buying, as well as external partners, to create mutually beneficial partnerships that align with the company's goals and values. Your role will directly impact the company's growth strategy and brand presence in the GCC.
  1. Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with fashion brands, influencers, technology providers, and other key stakeholders.
  2. Prioritize partnerships based on customer cohorts being targeted for scalable business growth in the region.
  3. Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth targets in the GCC market.
  4. Manage the end-to-end process for partnership opportunities from initiation to execution.
  5. Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring long-term, sustainable business relationships.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with broader business goals.

Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
  3. Cultivate partnerships to amplify the fashion imagery of Styli in the region to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  4. Regularly review and analyze partnership performance to ensure alignment with KPIs and strategic objectives.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  1. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion, eCommerce, and retail in the GCC market, providing valuable insights to internal teams.
  2. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify emerging partnership opportunities and industry developments.
  3. Monitor industry shifts and evolving customer preferences to anticipate partnership opportunities and potential challenges.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  1. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and ROI of each partnership.
  2. Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, including sales, traffic, customer engagement, and other relevant metrics.
  3. Continuously optimize partnership strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.
  4. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on partnership campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-functional opportunities that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

What you'll need

Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field within the Fashion, Retail, or Ecommerce sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of the GCC market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and the fashion industry.
  4. Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving business growth.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to develop and execute complex partnership strategies and agreements.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  8. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies in the GCC region.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM and partnership management software is a plus.
  10. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
